A monitor around the budget of 90-100?

If you are looking at above 19" but bellow £100 then you dont want to go much bigger than 21" as all the monitors in the budget that are bigger are rubbish. If i were you i wound go for the BenQ GL2250HM because it has 1080p, HDMI, 2ms response time and on you buget i imagine you dont have speakers, this monitor has inbuilt speakers.
If you dont want this one or want a second option then i would go for the Asus VE228HR as it is a bit bigger at 21.5 but has 5ms response time and no inbuilt speakers. I hope this helps and have fun shopping
