A possible solution for computer that shuts down while playing games

Until recently, all the games are operated at its highest setting. Once the computer is started to shut down while playing demanding games. Seeking a solution to this problem I found a recommendation to try plug computer to another wall outlet and the computer really is no longer shuts down by itself. Well maybe someone else this will help.

It might be a power supply issue. If under warranty, try RMA-ing the power supply. Check also the temperatures when playing games.
