Question Bios Goes blackscreen but still can boot to windows

so i just install a new cpu and ram, when i turn it on for the first time there is no splash Screen BIOS and boot up straight to windows. When i restart again there still no splash screen bios but when i press the F2 i can still enter the bios its just that no splash screen bios, i tried reset the bios and even install a new windows and still have the same result. i cheak my display cable, reseating gpu and ram but still no splash screen. bios and other driver are up to date, sorry for bad english. Thx

Cpu : ryzen 5 5600
Gpu : Asrock rx 6600 Challenger
RaM : Adata Xpg Gammix D35 Ddr4 3200mhz 16X2 Gb
Psu : 1stplayer dk premium PS-600AX 80+ Bronze 600W
