A question about bottleneck!!!

When I play games at ultra high graphics settings,the gpu reach 99% & the CPU don't get that high,is there bottleneck here?

And maybe u'r playing GPU-intensive games like BF3, MP3 or Crysis 3.

cpu:i7 3770k,GPU:asus gtx 680 direct cuII top and yes i play intensive games

Only if there is lag spike that proves there is bottleneck.

If not, everything is fine. U should be thankful that your GPU power is fully used.
