A question for you GPU veterans.

Is GPU load/usage around 95-100% ever a bad thing? I see tons of people on multiple forums saying usage that high during game is normal and a good thing. I ask this because I'm playing crysis 3, everything on low except texture resolutions which are on high, vsync is OFF. My load is 97-98% and my temps are 66-68. Using an xfx radeon 7950. I understand what temps are good and bad, but I have no idea what gpu usage should be. I just want to make sure in case I'm doing damage without realising.

If the video card is properly cooled and running at proper temperatures, then its simply doing what it is supposed to do.
