Normally this means you have too many usb devices inserted into a usb hub - they normally have a power socket on them for an adapter - see if you can buy or find an adapter that fits and is also the correct voltage (and that there is at least enough amps - a bit over is normally ok though as most things only draw as much as they need) - try to get them the same if you can though...

Failing that unplug some of the usb devices from it.
