A used 6700k?

Should I buy a used 3 week old 6700k thats been overclocked to 4.7GHz for $370? dumb, smart? I can't find it new for lower than $440

Well I decided to send the guy a message and ask if the CPUz pic was his or from the internet. (I won't steal it lol I'm on Australia and he said "Yup have same config" So it seems he got the pic from the internet because it's the same specs as what he has. Seems pretty legit

Thanks mate. I wasn't born yesterday I think. Also I've been researching this build for over 7 months, if this CPU doesn't seem 100% legit I can wait a little longer
