A3+ and CIS

Hi,
i'm looking for a printer inkjet a3+, for many photos and graphics.
I think that A Continous Inkjet System (CIS) would a good solution for my
economy.
But i don't know what printer support the CIS and where, in EU, i can buy it.
Help me, tks.
