is this safe i OC my a4 5300 from 3.4ghz(max turbo off) to 3.8ghz with
stock voltage of 1.392v
the multiplier is 34 and i adjust the bus speed from 100mhz to 112mhz...
and my RAM running at 1333mhz become something at 1400mhz with 1.5v timing 9-9-9-24

i run prime95 for 1 hours and is said no errors and warning...

ist safe this is my first time in OC'ing....

my specs are:
processor : a4 5300
motherboard : GA-F2A55M-DS2 rev 1.2
ram : kingston hyper X black 1600mhz (set to 1333mhz-running at something in 1400mhz because of OC)

You will need to update your bios and buy atleast 1866mhz ram for the headroom but yes you can run a A10. The overclock results vary, it's not as easy on a A55 as it is on other chipsets. You may also want to change out you Cooler if your running a Stock version those chips will run hot after 4ghz.
so it is safe...:) how about my motherboard sir??im planning on to buy a a10 6790K this x-mas running on 4ghz and i will oc it to 4.7ghz do you think my motherboard will carry it???

You need high frequency Ram for APU's they like 2000mhz and above that alone makes a nice performance difference with those CPU's. With 1600 ram your not going to get a very high overclock.

Overclocking doesn't necessarily shorten the life span of the CPU if you keep everything cooled Well.

AS your board selection, A55's technically shouldn't overclock well but I have seem APU's hit 4.5ghz with them. You generally want a A88,A85, A78 or even a A58 for overclocking.

how about my motherboard sir???can my motherboard carry a a10 6790K running at 4ghz and will OC to 4.7ghz??
and i forgot to mention i have a r7 250 1gb gddr5....
