I was searching for the latest bios update on the asus web site and it lists:
VIA® KT133A Chipset
A7V133 (4 PCI, 266/200MHz FSB, UltraDMA/100, AMR, multi-USB, ATX)

and

VIA® KT133 Chipset
A7V (5 PCI, 200MHz FSB, UltraDMA/100, AMR, multi-USB, ATX)

While I am sure I have an A7v133, I do have 5 pci slots, wtf is going on, or something's wrong with me?

Thanks

PCI slot 5 on A7V133 shares with AMR slot as same as A7V.
Click on <A HREF="http://www.asus.com.tw/products/motherboard/socketa/a7v133/index.html" target="_new"><b><font color=red>A7V133</b></font color=red></A> link for more details and less confusing. It states
<b>4 x PCI and 1 x PCI/AMR</b>

 Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.

Ok, thanks for making that clear :)

However, it says it supports 550-1ghz cpus while I have a tbird 1.2 sitting on it. What gives?

if you look to the lower left side of the board, in amongst the pci slots, the model and revision number should be printed. This will tell you for sure.
