How exactly is this APU fully unlocked if you only get an additional 5 multipliers above the default multiplier?

well someone used a 47 mulitplier and a 125 bus speed to overclock it so i dont know if thats completely true

yeah that article looks like it was written when your interpretation was thought to be true. then AMD clarified which they put at the beginning of that article.

The A8-3870K and 3670K are fully unlocked (thanks to AMD for the clarification) .

its a poorly written article. the cpu is fully unlocked.
