A8N-SLI mobo fan

either the northbridge or southbridge fan, i cant remember which is which, but the fan just gave out for that. It is a tinny fan just in the middle of the motherboard that gave out. I cleaned it and made sure the power was conencted to it. I couldent find anything on Asus's forms about it so I came here. I was wondering if anyone knew what size this fan was and where I could get another?

If it is still under warrently, then ASUS should send you a new one, or maybe even the whole board. I have heard a lot of people are having trouble with Chipset fans on these. It seems to be a common problem, the falut being ASUS'. I have a A8N-SLI Premium, it has a fanless chipset cooler, but is no use to me because the whole board has malfunctioned from day one. I am in the midst of an RMA.

Definately call for a replacement, if you want an aftermarket cooler, a little research and newegg.com will send you on your way.
