Aahd2-hy (holly2) bios upgrade

The HP OEM has a locked down Bios which will let me run or install a non-HP mW8 Windows 8. I have fiddles with their limited Bios setting and was wondering if a non-branded Bios is available and safe to flash for this HP'd motherboard
