Hello,

What about Abit's warranty and RMA service in the Netherlands?
I bought an IC7-G at an online computer store that doesn't answer the phone
and e-mails (anymore).
After 6 months the board is dead and yesterday I already sent an e-mail to
Abit support. Can I get a replacement directly from them?

Thnx,

Martijn Stam

normally, it is up to the vendor to work a warranty replacement. however,
if you can get Abit to respond, they might help you out... good luck.

Hi Martijn,

I'm in the UK and got a replacement NB fan from Abit in the Netherlands
simply by emailing them, telling them about my problem and gave them the
serial number of my mainboard. I got no reply to the email itself but
received the replacement fan in the post after a couple of weeks. Perhaps
the tech. support workers in the Netherlands have been too busy showing
tourists around the cannabis plantations? Having done the tour once or twice
too often myself I can't help you with the address as I've forgotten it.

Good luck.
