I found this psu for 50 dollars which seems like a very cheap price for such a high wattage psu, but it has a 80+ rating so that makes it reliable right? So is it safe to buy or?

I wouldn't. Wattage isn't everything and every PSU made in the last 20 years has a 80+ rating.

Are you wanting a white PSU? What makes up your PC?

These are my specs:

CPU: I7 6700
GPU: GTX 1070TI
RAM: 8gb 2133mhz (dual channel)
PSU: 450w PSU
SSD: 525GB
HDD: 1TB
EXTERNAL HDD: 2TB

Also I don't really have a psu preference. The only thing I need is 2 8 pin connectors, and enough wattage to do slight gpu overclocking.

You have to be kidding right? You want to overclock your gtx 1070 ti with that piece of filth PSU? Don't buy it. Invest in something actually reliable, the 80+ certification means nothing. What is your budget for a PSU?

Slight overclocking, and that's why I want a new psu, cause my 450w psu probably won't able to handle the overclocking.

if you cant afford the TXM then i prefer this be quiet model over the VS

Also thanks for replying
Try this:

https://www.informatique.nl/181999/corsair-vs-series-vs550-550w.html

While I am not a fan of the VS series, this is a better option than what you found earlier and still meets your budget.

This would be an even better option:

Also, will this 550w psu be able to handle slight gpu overclocking?

Don't buy a VS series , dead last in quality in the Corsaie lineup.
Still, I'm reading bad stuff about the old vs's, but that the new vs's with their grey label are way better and okay to buy. And my budget is 50 euro's so it would really fit in my budget. I could look for second handed better psu's from trusted sellers but I don't know if that's smart to do. I found the Be Quiet System Power B8 550w. Would that be a good option?

The new ones are OK, but not really recommended to overclock or to run with a $400 GPU. That particular Be Quiet isn't really better.

The problem here is your priorities; if you don't have the budget for a specific GPU and the PSU of the same relative quality, you don't actually have the budget for that GPU. A slightly lesser GPU, leaving you budget room for a better quality PSU would have been a much better idea.

Did you read my post above? Just use the Seasonic and stay away from gpu overclocking (or spend more on the psu). In the grand sceme of things does it not really boost performance by alot. Only when you already have alot of fps and that imo kinda makes it not worth it.

Don't even know what monitor you use.

Did some digging and this one seems good as well, according to Kitguru based on the Seasonic Focus Plus platform,

read the review about the 850watt and seems good quality. And i know above budget, but like i said for something decent above 450watts do you need to spend more money,it's just the way it is.

Yeah I’ll buy a more expensive one then, also my current psu is 450w that’s why I don’t want to buy another 450w. What’s the best 550w+ psu you can get for <75 euros?
