Question Abnormaly high ping while gaming

Hey so I dont know if this is exactly where to place this thread. But I give you guys a shot.
I play alot of overwatch. And recently i have had abnormaly high ping. Tho on the same connection my laptop runs the game fine. Average ping on my PC was 60 now jumps quickly between 100 and 1000. On my laptop i get about 60 with rare jumps to 120 ish.. this is driving me insane .thanks in advance.

Do you have anything running or updating in the background? Also is your PC using a wired connection or is wireless?

Well because of where I live I'm forced to use mobile data... I know it sucks but with 10 gig a month it is ok. So its wireless tho not by choice. And no I have nothing that I know running I'm the background. I allways got 60 ping doing this till recently.
