Question About 6/12GB GPU memory Used when 100% used

I recently bought a new graphics card. When it's 100% busy, it's only using about 6/12GB of memory. What can be the reason and how can I fix it?

VRAM usage is not the same as GPU usage. In some sort of simple wording:

Depending on your display resolution, game and graphic settings, this will tax the GPU (graphic processing unit) more or less. As long as the game works without issues and the performance is what you expect from it then theres no problem hitting 100% GPU usage (other than hitting the max performance your GPU can deliver under that graphic setting "scenario").

VRAM usage describe how much of your availale VRAM is used by your GPU for the task you are performing. Higher resolution, high texture packs and great visual effects usually means more VRAM will be used. But thats it.

Unless you are not talking about gaming here?
