During these hot days how much temp my gpu shoukfmd have while heavy gaming and i dont have to worry about it?

If it stays below 75 degrees you're fine.

90C is the limit for most graphics cards. If it doesn't reach that much you shouldn't worry.

It's fine to play on those temps as long as you want. As I said 90C is the limit, if it's below that, it's safe.
