Hey guys im building a new pc so i need help. I already have GTX 1050 2gb and its enough for me but i need new CPU and Motherboard. Also i need new RAM and PSU. Help me?

So for Motherboard i want to get ASUS H110M-K and for CPU i want to get Kaby Lake i5 7400 3.0 GHz up to 3.5 GHz.
-Are these 2 components compatible? If yes i want to get Kingston FURY 8GB 2400MHz DDR4 CL15 DIMM 1Rx8 HyperX FURY Red for RAM.

So now.. If my parts are ok and compatible i want you to recommend me PSU and if these components are not compatible please help me. And i want Intel CPU i5 so look something around that. Ty guys!

Ok one more thing. In my store there are 3 nearly the same Motherboards.
1.ASUS H110M-K ( i want to get this one )
2.ASUS H110M-D 1 x Serial (Com)
3.ASUS H110M-R

Idk which one is the best? Again help and ty!

edit: and yes i have SSD 240gb already from kingston (no need help for that i think)

The i3 8100 is a good choice with 4 cores and the clock speed of 3.60GHz. Better than 7th gen Core i5 7400.

The i5-8400 is little better, with 6 cores that can reach 4.0GHz
Multitasking and on games that are more CPU dependent, there will be slightly better performance, a bit higher FPS in games.

Go with either i3 8100 or i5-8400 depending on your budget and computer usage.
Maybe i can get ASUS PRIME H310M-K Motherboard? Because i just found out that H110M is supporting just 6th Gen. and my CPU is 7400. So i need to get Motherboard that supports up to 8th Gen. like ASUS PRIME H310M-K? I dont know

Yep, and actually, even an i3-8100 will outperform an i5-7400 in every way, at a significantly lower price...

Intel added additional cores to each tier and boosted clock speeds for their 8000-series processors to remain competitive against AMD's Ryzen, so there's no real point in going with an older processor for a new build now. The current i3's outperform the previous-gen i5s, and the current i5s outperform the previous gen i7s. Unless someone is upgrading an older system with a motherboard that they want to re-use, the 8000-series processors (or Ryzen) are the way to go.

You will need a 300-series motherboard for these newer processors from Intel though (H310, B360, etc), though these motherboards won't work with prior-gen processors.

The i3 8100 is equivalent to a evenly clocked 7th gen i5. 8th gen i3 are pure quad cores, instead of dual core with hyperthreading. Going with the older platform makes 0 sense, as you are lose out on an upgrade path not available, on a 7th gen platform. That 8100/B360 combo is plenty fine.
