How does RMA work
What do I need to do
and lastly I have thrown away the manual and used the stickers.
does that void the warranty or the possibility of RMA

The item is a Razer Kraken Kitty and the problem is the headset turned on and off repeatedly making my PC hang or freeze for 3 secs max.

Thank you sir, I'll try and contact the vendor first before and ask about it.
One more question, will it be possible to RMA with only the box which includes the seller info and product S/N
but i lost the manual and used the stickers, also I find no warranty card this is my 4th Razer product and I never saw the warranty card but i registered it online, so is RMA still possible.

And I have nevered RMA anything before.
