About u torrent and DLLs

Ok... So I think there was malware in my u torrent app.... So I deleted it.... Now I'm not able to install it or the bit torrent app..... First error that comes is
"C:\windows\microsoft.NET\framework64\v4.0.30319\wminet_utils.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error...blah blah" and once I press ok the next error message is
"C:\windows\SYSTEM32\richED20.DLL is either ....blah blah same thing" .... I know these are corrupted DLLs .... But I'm not able to get the DLL and replace the bugged DLL .... Any help please?

reinstall windows and be carefull what you download with utorrent its super easy to throw in a virus in a torrent file
