about wifi tracking

I want to know that is it tracable the website history or download history from which mobile using the same wifi. for an example in an office space there is a wifi connection & every staff member (around 15 to 20) has the password and is using it in there mobile phones & tablets. can I able to know that who is downloading heavy files in there mobile and finishes the data pack without seeing there devices or letting them know ???

A WiFi device must connect to a WiFi source. Whoever controls that source can probably see who is doing what.
If the software is configured properly.

Are you the person in control of that WiFi source?

In an office space? Sure just talk to IT and ask them about it. Assuming you own said wifi. I mean we could just explain how to do it for you but why bother when you own the wifi and pay an IT guy, right?
