absolute best GPU for under $200 CAD

So I plan on upgrading my current build which powers a 660 SC edition. So I plan on replacing my CPU with a 6300 Vishera with a Refurbished ASUS M5A97 R2.0-R motherboard. I'm trying to find a GPU that will cost between 100-250$ CAD that will perform alot better than my current 660 SC. If I can not find a suitable GPU, I guess I will just run 660's in SLI

What are your PSU specs currently, and are you planning on keeping it?

500W, I'm pretty sure but if I run SLI I will upgrade to a 600+ W PSU.

Should I just get a 950 (Zotac GeForce GTX 950 2GB) and over clock my CPU (Intel Pentium G3420 Dual-Core Processor) to 4Ghz-ish? and get a after market cooler?
