Question Accidentally converted a HDD from basic to dynamic, and is unable to access data.

one of my clients has converted an HDD from basic to dynamic, and he is not able to access data. After conversion, the partitions shown are empty. he has not formatted the drive and needs his data recovered.
Is there any way to recover the data?

You could try and use Recuva or TestDisk but please be wary that your mileage can and will vary.

Can you show us the Partitions tab in DMDE? This should only take a few seconds. A DIY fix should only take a few clicks.
