[SOLVED] Accidentally ran cipher.exe file. What did it do?

I accidentally ran c:\windows\system32\cipher.exe and it popped up a command prompt and when I clicked on the window, it stopped showing the files.

If you run cipher without any parameter, it normally does nothing harmful to your files.
