Accidentally slightly punctured my water cooler radiator.... Is it still usable?

Hello! So I was unscrewing my Cooler Master ML240L RGB from my case to cable manage my rig a bit better, but in the process, my hand accidentally clicked and slightly moved the radiator. The picture I've given is the damage. Is this serious damage? Should I replace my cooler or am I okay?

That bent fin doesn't have any coolant flowing through it so there's no problem.

By "punctured" do you mean "actually punctured" to where there's water coming out? If there were, that would obviously be a problem. If it's just a bent fin, then I agree that there should be no issue.
