I was writing data to my HDD (installed in an external case) and accidentaly hit it and it dropped almost to the floor, it wasn't a big impact, but it disconnected and when I turned it back on, Windows said it had to search for errors, it found some and erase them.

As you can see in the pictures above, HD Sentinel showed health at 65% and said it found 24 bad sectors
Crystal Disk Info showed "Caution" and gave a warning to "Realocatted Sectors Count" and "Uncorrectable Sector Count"

I tried to reinitiazlie de the disk surface with HD Sentinel, but since I don't have the paid version I ended up usign DiskGenius to erase all sectors and fill them with 00, as I read it could also help

Now HD Sentinel shows 99% health and 1 bad sector, Crystal Disk Info still displays "Caution", but warning only to "Realocatted Sectors Count"

What else can I do? Could a full format fix the last bad sector? I did a backup of all important data but still need the drive as I don't have much space left in my other drives

You should try CHKDSK X: /R /F to see the results.
If the sectors can be isolated, it'll be "less bad".

I'm thinking on pulling the trigger and buying HD Sentinel Pro just to use the reinitialize disk surface option, got a 40% discount coupon. Is it much different from erasing all sectors with DiskGenius?
I read that CHKDSK doesn't really fix the bad sector

IDK about Sentinel. I wouldn't dump money to recover a clearly faulty and compromised HDD.
I also have an open thread about HDD issues and agony. I'll test DiskGenius as you mentioned.

"Reinitialize disk surface" sounds like an ordinary zero-fill operation to me. It's not something that you need to pay for.

You could have used Puran's DiskFresh. It's free and not data-destructive.
