Question accidentaly installed rx5700 bios into rx580

Hi everyone, i accidentaly installed rx5700 bios into rx580 gpu while modding rx5700. Now card won't let me post into bios. When i boot with 2nd card and rx580 without power (just pci-e) card looks rx5700 in device manager.

What you'll want to do is flash back your rx580 to either its original vbios or the right one you were trying to flash.
If you have not saved a copy of the original vbios you can find it on techpowerup's vga bios collection

If you can't flash the correct firmware, I don't know what you can do.

What kind of mod were you trying to do on the 5700?

i call msi rma and asked them getting original bios is possible and they send original rx580 bios. Then i purchased eeprom flash device(CH341A if anyone curious) for external bios firmware correction. And i manage to get my rx580 back in bussiness.

Probably by ignoring the warning prompt about the device mismatch after selecting the wrong device to flash.

amdvflash has no warnings at all. Especially cmd version.
