Acer 4520 sound drivers xp3 not detected

hi gurus,

my acer 4520 realtech sound card is not getting detected.
tired uninstalling UAA and then re-install real tech driver. if it detects it, then after restarting it comes into same situation. tried changing registery from 300 to 200.

any pointers ????

-check bios settings
-try to disable/enable it from device manager
-install chipset driver (sometimes U need it too for it to work, and I know it has one)

-try another version of the driver from another website (it might work)
