Acer aspira one

Hello, after a bios update my acer did not boot up and the lights stay on, if I take the battery out the light will flash. I tried the bios recovery procedure and did not work because the light is always on. Kept pressing fn+esc put the battery and power cable...it doesn't read the usb.
What do you think?

even I own one of those
that bios prob takes place almost once a year and I fix using the link below

and remember some things
1-usb drive must be formatted before u put the bios files in it
2-the charging wire must be plugged in during the process.
