In most cases it does't even start, don't see anything.
I took out the battery, it works on the AC adapter.
On a few trials, the laptop starts and for a few seconds the windows blue window logon appears and disappears. the resolution, in those few seconds, appears low.
I can't enter BIOS with F2.
It doesn't start from the CD, from a bootable disk.
Only on the few cases, when i see the windows logon, the hard disk indicator light lights.

If the laptop works on power from the Power Brick, then it's possible that the battery is the faulty unit/causing a short. Is it a replacement battery or the one that came with the laptop in the first place?

You might want to unplug the adapter/power brick, remove the battery as well and with all things disconnected, press and hold the power button on the laptop for 30 seconds. See if that resolves the issue about your laptop's power up.

On a different note, which OS are you on? Did you perform any hardware upgrades to the laptop? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your Acer laptop?
