Acer GD235HZ monitor eDisplay software

Hey,
I just hooked up my new Acer GD235HZ monitor and it won't let me install the ADM (Acer Display Management) software that's on the disk. It tells me I need IE 7 or higher. I'm running windows 8. I tried running it in Win 7 compatibility mode but no luck. I can't find a new version of the software anywhere online either.

Anyone familiar with this and know a fix?

I opened a ticket with Acer support and they e-mailed me a link to their updated software. It installed fine and works properly.
