Hello -

Just got this monitor today and already having issues.

-Only getting 60hz
-Monitor Type showing Generic PnP Monitor
-I have a AMD Radeon rx 480 and currently using a 2.0 HDMI cable
-The AMD Radeon Settings program, does detect it as the GN246HL though doesnt allow me to update the Hz
-I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers for the graphics card but no results

What else can I do to resolve this?

Thank you in advance!

Solution
Nope, it wouldn't. You need the dual-link portion for the max refresh rate.
They do make DP to Dual-link dvi adapters but they are costly.

Return the monitor and look for one that works with DP is what I would do at this point.

I have not due to my graphics card does not have a DVI port only a HDMI and three Displayports. I did get a Amazonbasic DVI to Displayport cable and it did not help as well.
