So I very recently got a secondhand Acer Nitro, and after installing Windows and some other programs, I noticed that everytime I'd open a browser, it start to lag. And after a bit of digging, I realized that for some reason, regardless of how much Ram the laptop had, it would use no more then 2-3 gbs. Any ideas as to what I could do?Here's the pictures of the computer only using 2-3gb of ram

Here's a little more in-depth pic:

Acer have a number of Nitro branded laptops in their portfolio. Can you please pass on the model and SKU to your unit? As for the laptop, use CPU-Z to see what your current BIOS version is shown as under the Mainboard's tab. Use the serial number for your laptop(located under the laptop) into Acer's support page and see if you have any BIOS versions pending update.

Did the laptop come with 32GB's of ram or did you add the ram to the laptop?

Thanks, after alot of checking and double checking, it turns out that the issue was that I hadn't download installed the drivers for intel integrated graphics, making anything I opened super laggy
