Question Acer TC-603 G3 DX4885 MS-7829 motherboard pcie slot power

Hello, does this ''beast''motherboard have up to 75w from pcie slot?
and is r9 270x ok for this motherboard?

Couple of days ago my gigabyte gtx 970 g1 died on me so im looking for something to wait this crazy times.

My power supply is Bequiet L8 530w bronze
Found Asus r9 270x for 60$ but im worried this card will couse problems.

My cpu is i7-4770

How old is the Be Quiet! PSU in your build? How are you powering that motherboard?

The main connector on the board is proprietary.

Ive got that pc from my friend couple years ago, for the power connection some kind of adapter is used gtx 970 worked fine on it, earlier this pc was with gtx 760oem 1,5gb
For the psu i have no idea how to check that i thas 480W on 12v if that tells something

te difference in peak W is in favor of r9 but r9 has higher tdp whatever that means, 970 148tdp vs r9 180tdp

so if 970 worked on that mobo, r9 should be ok or there will be some problems?
