ack! dead computer!

I just unpacked my computer after moving overseas, turned it on for the first time, and got nothing. Well, almost nothing. The fans all work, the CD and DVD lights go on, the HD light goes on for a few seconds, but no beeps and no video. I reset the CMOS jumper, but to no avail. The CPU1 fan and the CHA1 fans are both securely plugged into the mobo. Any ideas? Could the moving have jostled it and somehow destroyed something? Here's the computer's stats:

Soyo KT333 Dragon Ultra
Athlon 2100
SB Audigy
ATI Radeon 8500dv video card
Western digital 120GB caviar HD
400 watt power supply

Make sure the video card is in all the way. If it isnt clipped in properly or doesnt have a clip it could have worked its way loose.

First thing to look, is the CPU tight in its socket? because of the weight of the heat sink and the fan, it may have moved.

Another possible cause is the difference in power here and overseas. Here we use 110. You might want to check into that. You may need a converter of some kind.

Thanks for all the advice. After a harrowing night of removing components one by one and trying to get some signs of life, I figured out that the problem was from an old joystick. I did not use it when I was back in the States, but had decided to plug it in when I was setting everything up after unpacking. For some reason, the mobo hates this joystick (perhaps it is causing some kind of short?), and will not post with it plugged in. Hope this might help someone else. The joystick is ancient -- from 1987, I believe, and made by a company called DV. I seem to remember that the box labelled it the Mach III, but I'm not sure.

By the way, I also found out that the Audigy SB is prohibiting the computer from powering down on its own (i.e., without me pressing & holding the power button). I have heard that Audigys and Soyo Dragons do not get along, and that a solution was to put the Audigy in the 5th PCI slot. I tried this, but no difference.
