Ok this is a dumb question. I have a blacx thermaltake hdd docking station but I lost the original adapter for it. On the website it says it uses a 12v dc 3amp. After going through my box of adapters, I found a 12v 2000mA. But after the output 12v instead of a dc or ac, it has two horizontal lines the top solid and the bottom broken. What does this mean? Can I use this adapter?
