I have two new 1TB NVMe 4x4 SSDs - an ADATA XPG Gammix S70 Blade and a WD Black SN770. I need only one of them for a new build and am selling the other. Which one do you suggest I keep?

According to reviews at Tom's Hardware, the ADATA S70 has the edge on performance but I'm pretty sure I won't notice any difference in actual use. So it comes down to whichever is likely to be more reliable and consistent in operation.

Neither model is new, so it's possible that each has earned a reputation, good or bad, in the years since they were introduced. If anyone has some information along those lines, I'll appreciate your inputs.

check both with crystaldiskinfo
As I already said, review benchmarks show that the ADATA S70 is faster but that's of secondary interest.
In any case, CrystalDiskInfo is for checking the history and current state of a drive. Again as I said, these are new drives, 0 TBW, 0 hrs in use.
would sell the WD, but why selling? You won´t get much out of it. Like $25 to 60 max
I already have a buyer and am getting ~$70 for whichever drive I decide to sell. But more to the point, why keep it if I don't need it?

I'd say keep the SN770 as well.
I am currently using an ADATA XPG SX8200 (the one with the good controller), but will most likely not be purchasing ADATA again. The controller switching they did, to a slower controller, without changing the model number or name, makes them an unreliable manufacturer in my book.
