Add/replace HD with SSD laptop thosiba

Can add or replace the HD of Laptop Toshiba model P55W-C5314 with Samsung SSD model MZ-N5E500BW?
Are they compatible?
If there is any option to have both disk in the laptop?
If not which SW recommend to clone the HD to the SSD?
