Adding Another NVMe Drive

Will adding a second NVMe drive affect my graphics performance? Current specs: Strix Z270E, 7600k, EVGA GTX 1080, 512gb Intel 600p. I know I only have 16 PCIe lanes through the 7600k. With the Intel NVMe drive using 4 of those, I am assuming my GPU is only running x8 because of the Intel drive. If I were to get another NVMe drive, would it affect my graphics performance at all? Really just don't want to run any SATA cables for the sake of build cleanliness.

Solution
No that is not how it works, the GPU gets 16 lanes from the CPU. The NVME drive gets 4 lanes from the chipset, using an NVME drive does not take lanes from the GPU. So yes you can use two NVME drives with 4 lanes each on your board and not take any lanes away from the GPU.

Thanks so much! Totally forgot about chipset lanes!
