Question Adding memory to the system

This is my system:
Gigabyte A320M-DS2
Crucial Ballistix 8 GB DDR4 2666 MHz
Ryzen 3 1200
RX 580 4 GB
FSP 500W

Bought new memory today . Same memory in my system. But it's 3000 MHz. I know my RAM's will run 2666 MHz.
Can I OC my 2666 MHz RAM? I want to use both 3000 MHz. Can I do this?

i think 1200 Summit Ridge supports maximum 2666, and since a320 doesn't support memory oc. 2666 is the highest you can go.
