Question Adding my old HDD to my new computer

Hey, I have recently built my own computer. It has 1TB SSD storage but due to university I have filled up the storage quite fast. I have taken an HDD out of my old computer and installed it in the new one, however I cannot access/find the photos and files I have on it. I can still see the programs I had downloaded. Is there a special program that could help me with that?

Have you tried C:\Users\[user name]\Pictures ?? If you have stored pictures in your profile that's where they should be.
