adding raid and moving os

Currently using a 75GXP, and have all my stuff installed on it, since it's the only hard drive in my system. However, I'm replacing it, and bought a RAID system (2 D740X's 40GB, TX2000). This will be replacing the 75GXP, so my question is, how would I transfer ALL my files and make windows load from the RAID, so that I can take out the 75GXP? I was thinking a copy and paste once the RAID is in there, then when I restart, take out the 75GXP, and let it load. However, will windows know to load from the RAID, and also will copy and paste transfer EVERY file?

Ok, I got Drive Image by Powerquest....now what- how do I transfer the contents of one hard drive to another with it?
