Address book

I am a new to XP and I have been trying to copy my address book from IE6 to
XP but it won't paste. Is there any other way to do it.

Also, make sure the copied file is not Read Only.

Copy it to another Windows folder and use your Address Book's File | Import.

What email program does this address book belong to?
Neither IE6 nor XP is an email program.
