Hey everybody,

So, I'm looking to purchase a new gaming laptop. I know, I know, a laptop can't compare to a desktop. Well, I already have a gaming desktop, so that's not what I need. I'm looking for something more portable and a bit cheaper that I can use to take to LAN parties, as well as to have something to use as a second computer for my boyfriend since we both have desktops and it's not super conducive to playing together in the same room. Anyway, here's more or less what I'm looking for.

Price Range: approx. $1000 (+/- a couple hundred dollars)
Screen size: No bigger than 15.6", though smaller would be nice
Processor: Doesn't really matter, though I'm a bit more partial to Intel
Graphics: Again, no real brand preference, though I'm used to Nvidia. I've been looking at the GTX 650M, but I'm not sure if I should go better or not.
HDD: 500GB+

I'm looking to buy around the beginning of next month, although if there were a really good deal going on I could probably buy sooner. Also, I know it's unlikely, but something with a good battery life would be great. Thanks for the help.
