Solution
Both these PSU's are better than the Corsair one, obviously the more expensive one is a bit better!

You might find the Hyper evo a tight squeeze in that case. I think you'll be OK though. The Hyper 212 EVO is 158mm high and the case says it can take up to 162mm. I wouldn't risk it to be honest and I'd get a case with more room! This one has tons of room...

Well its funny but it is because as I have mentioned in my post above, I read this: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2130355/components-buying-tips-information-indians.html
and thought-why not get a better intel cpu which costs equal to or less than amd 6300 + cooling + more pricy psu & mobo + bigger cabinet - stability issues with overclocking. And then I am back to square one. sorry for that.

I think the i5 would be a fantastic choice if you can afford it, there's no real reason you couldn't get an i5 4460 or 4440 depending on what's cheapest and pair it with a H97, B85 or H81 motherboard. The ideal choice would be a H97 board but they're a lot more expensive than a H81/B85 and don't offer a huge amount more than the cheaper boards if you're going for a single mid-range GPU and aren't overclocking the CPU. Then just get 2x 4Gb or 1600Mhz CAS 9 RAM in a kit and a 500W, decent quality PSU. You won't even need a CPU cooler with the i5 as it's not overclockable and that means you can go for the cheaper cabinet you chose originally.

This comes to just under 61000 Rs and includes a 24 inch monitor with less than 5ms response time. If you want to, you can swap the H91 (not a typo) motherboard for a H97 like the Asrock H97 Pro4 and still come below your maximum budget. I stuck with the HAF case because the cheaper ones on Flipkart weren't good at all but I bet some of the other websites on that tutorial you linked to have some nice, cheaper cases.

The xbox wireless controller (3390) will be nice after some time: http://www.flipkart.com/microsoft-xbox-360-wireless-controller-windows/p/itmdnyms4v8bthgf?pid=ACCDFHR7T7MC4ZNA

Yes that will be a nice build for your budget. Just a word of warning on the keyboard, I had that model for a while but had to get rid of it because of the really annoying placement of the macro keys down the left hand side. The keys are really large, not separated from the others at all and a result I would press them all the time accidentally!

Please suggest any other good keyboard then.
Now about the mobo: What's the difference between GA-B85-M-DS3H & GA-B85-M-D3H?
In a lot of threads, B85 is said to be not so good & build with low quality parts in comparison to H97.Do I need the H97?

The H97 boards are more fully featured than the b85 boards and in theory should support the new Intel processors released next year. Basically you don't NEED a h97 board but it would be an improvement. These are some alternative keyboards

I'll look up the two motherboards to see if there's a difference and get back to you

That's right. Also DS3H has 3 audio I/O ports whereas D3H has 6. Its strange that DS3H has a higher MRP. The description is wrong somewhere I think.

In the description of D3H, its written under limitations: Due to a Windows 32-bit Operating System Limitation, When More than 4 GB of Physical Memory is Installed, the Actual Memory Size Displayed will be Less than the Size of the Physical Memory Installed. The DVI-D Port Does not Support D-Sub Connection by Adapter, Support for HDMI 1.4a Version. To Configure 7.1-channel Audio, You Have to Use an HD Front Panel Audio Module and Enable the Multi-channel Audio Feature Through the Audio Driver, Whether the Fan Speed Control Function is Supported Will Depend on the Cooler You Install. Available applications in APP Center May Differ by Motherboard Model, Supported Functions of Each Application May also Differ Depending on Motherboard Specifications

Does this mobo does not support 64bit windows OS?

Would it be better to include a more powerful gpu and an i3 processor.
Processor: i3 4130 or 4160 (not available here currently)
GPU: Asus AMD R9 280x
MOBO: Asus H81

This way the price of the system will be around 4k lower than the one mentioned above and I think this might even perform better in gaming as the gpu is better which is the main part responsible for gaming performance, also the i3 is also a decent cpu, clock speed is good and is multi-threaded. As the cost of the cpu and mobo is low, it will be easy to upgrade after maybe 2 or 3 yrs.
