Advice for buyin a graphice card

i want to buy a new graphic card please help me on buying a graphic card
my budget- upto rs 10,000 of graphic card( excluding a psu )

my computer specs
Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo E4400
motherboard : GIGABYTE G41M-COMBO
Hard Disks :ST3160215AS ATA DEVICE
WDC WD5000AAKX-0014 CA0 ATA DEVICE
PCI-SLOTS: PCI-E x 16(I don't know whether it is PCI-E 2.0 or not! plz tell me that also)
RAM: DDR3 4GB but it show 3.75 gb
iball cabinet model no* JSW-252 (i am ready to buy a new psu if required)

my current graphic card- palit 9600gt
my display - i have hooked up my computer to my lgtv model no 47lm7600( 47 inches)
requirements - to play games like assassin creed 3 , dishonored etc at good quality

please recommend me one and i plan on buying gtx 560 ti please tell me if that will work with my pc
 
I mean, I don't think you'd really want to upgrade your graphic card honestly. At this point any meaningful upgrade of your video card would be bottlenecked by your CPU so maybe you want to start saving for a new system?

Also if your 4gb of RAM is reading as 3.75gb that could be happening if you're on a 32-bit version of Windows
 


yeah i have windows 7 32 bit and please tell me does my current gpu can handel new games like assassin creed 3 or not
 
You need a complete system overhaul in order to play the newest games respectably, unfortunately for you. The most GPU that your current setup can handle without creating a CPU bottleneck (with either diminishing or no returns from the added GPU power) would probably be a GeForce GTS 450. That CPU you have is just too weak for much else.
