Question Advice for headphones, back of neck

Wondering if anyone has advice on headphones that do not rest on top of your head. I think they are called back of neck.

They do need to be standard cover-the-ears headphones. The use case is gaming for my son, so they do not need to be high quality for music, but they do need a mic. Wireless much preferred, he has destroyed many that have a wire. Thank you in advance. I couldn't find this discussed already.
