Hey, I'm building my own pc in the next week or two after i sell my laptop and i was wondering if somebody could help me choose the parts for the budget i have and the amount of power i need.

Approximate Purchase Date: In the next 2 weeks.

Budget Range:from 300-400

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Mostly Gaming and surfing the internet

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Every component

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: CCL/Novatech or any others that would be suitable

Location: Leeds, UK

Parts Preferences: Not too fussed.

Overclocking: Not too sure.

SLI or Crossfire: Not too sure.

Why Are You Upgrading: Because i have had enough of using my laptop as i can't play high end games and i want to be able to run games like planetside 2 and battlefield 3 in high settings

Thank you for your time :).

You need a much better cpu like an i5-3570k and oc the cpu + better card for that.
PS2 is really cpu demanding and poorly optimized.
You need to spend, at least, more ~200£.
But it's a good build for 720p/some 1080p.

I cant really afford an I5, What would you suggest going for otherwise.. the I3?
