Advice on Increasing FPS in GW2

Hello! To make it short, sweet, and simple, I am not content with my FPS in GW2 at the moment. With a few graphics modifications, I am able to obtain a reasonable 45-ish FPS. In more crowded areas, however, my frames go down the drain. (18-ish). Are there any programs or modifications I could use to help increase said FPS without spending any money? Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD A6-3620 APU
GPU: AMD Raedon HD 7770 2.20 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
System Type: 64-bit

I had limited success with that program as well to solve frame rate issues in Planetside 2. It might also help to manually designate the processor core to be used for the game. This can be done by opening the task manager and going to processes, find GW2.exe and set core affinity to one of your cores. That might speed up a few frames as well depending on where your bottleneck is.
